Chris McLean
Director
Strategy · Workforce planning
Chris has worked in healthcare recruitment since 2013. He holds an Honours degree in Business Studies and the SVQ 4 in Care Services Leadership and Management at SCQF level 10. As Director, he leads strategy and operations across TSCCP and its specialist nursing brand, TNP. His work connects client relationships, workforce planning and quality assurance, drawing on formal study of care leadership, workforce development and safeguarding.

James Hughes

James worked as a Healthcare Assistant for more than two years before moving into recruitment in January 2019. He holds an SVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, completed in 2015. As Associate Director, his experience includes leading nursing recruitment teams, developing client relationships and improving recruitment operations. His frontline care background informs his understanding of the settings and professionals TNP supports.

Kevin began his recruitment career in 2005 and moved into healthcare recruitment in July 2016. A Director based in Aberdeen, he has led regional teams and supported temporary staffing for care and healthcare services. His wider recruitment background also includes technical and engineering roles. He brings that experience to client partnerships, candidate relationships and understanding workforce requirements.

Karen Anderson

Karen qualified with a degree in social work in 2004. From March 2005 to November 2011, she worked as a Social Worker with Aberdeenshire Council, focusing on children living away from their families. She moved into healthcare recruitment in November 2011. As Account Director, she combines frontline social-work experience with recruitment and account leadership when discussing staffing requirements and service delivery.
