I couldn’t run my homes without them I have used The Nursing Partnership in every home I have managed. I recommend them to everyone. They don’t just supply us with staff they find out about the homes what the problems are in regards staffing and supply us with people that fit and not just someone to work the shift.

They were instrumental in turning around our services. These guys are not a recruitment agency they are specialists in social care and know what they are doing. We were having real issues and staffing was our biggest problem. They came in many times over a period of a month to help identify what we needed. They now staff all of our services and have done for over 8 years
